Roots to Leadership is a free community for nonprofit professionals across North Texas — whether you are finding your footing, deepening your practice, or leading at the highest levels of your organization.
What joining means
Membership is how we keep you close to the gatherings, conversations, resources, and opportunities shaping the community. During the fall pause, you can stay connected through the Nonprofit Newsletter and hear when Community Meetings and Connection Circles and Connection Circles return in 2027, while staying connected to ideas and people that can strengthen your work and your career.
There is no fee, no application, and no selection process. Joining is not a course to enroll in or a membership product to buy — it is how we know who is in the community and how to reach you. You can also browse roles, events, and volunteer opportunities on the Community Board at any time.
Who belongs here
You do not need an executive title, a certain number of years in the sector, or a particular kind of organization to belong here. If you work in or alongside the nonprofit sector and want to keep growing, there is a seat for you.
