North Texas
Partnership

Partner with us to strengthen the people behind the missions.

Roots to Leadership works with nonprofits, funders, sponsors, companies, and community organizations that believe a stronger nonprofit sector starts with stronger support for the people working inside it.

Partnership can mean opening your doors to a Community Meeting, investing in free programming, co-facilitating a conversation, connecting your people to ours, or building something new together.

Your partnership reaches beyond a single event.

Roots to Leadership brings together nonprofit professionals who are actively learning, leading, and shaping organizations across North Texas. When you partner with us, you help create the infrastructure around their growth — accessible learning, trusted peer relationships, practical resources, and programming built around the realities of the sector.

Partnership Paths

Three ways to partner with us.

Path 01

For nonprofit organizations and hosts

Community Meetings are hosted with organizations that open their space, share their perspective, and welcome the wider nonprofit community into the room. Hosts can also collaborate on Connection Circle topics, cross-promote programming, refer staff or members, and help shape practitioner conversations around work they know deeply.

In practice
  • Hosting a Community Meeting
  • Co-facilitating a topic
  • Cross-promoting aligned programming
  • Referring staff and members
  • Sharing sector expertise
Path 02

For funders and sponsors

Funding partners and sponsors invest in the people behind the organizations they already care about. Support helps keep community programming free and accessible, underwrites facilitation and participant resources, strengthens organizational capacity, and creates room for future applied learning to grow without putting the cost of access on practitioners.

In practice
  • Community Meeting sponsorship
  • Seasonal or annual programming support
  • Connection Circle support
  • Resource development
  • Scholarships and access
  • Capacity-building support
Path 03

For companies and community partners

Organizations outside the nonprofit sector also have a role to play. Corporate and community partners can contribute expertise, space, funding, visibility, and relationships that connect nonprofit professionals to a wider ecosystem of support.

In practice
  • Corporate sponsorship
  • Employee engagement
  • In-kind support
  • Expertise and facilitation
  • Cross-sector programming

What your support makes possible

Partnership dollars and in-kind support help Roots to Leadership keep foundational community programming open, produce practical learning materials, expand access, and build the long-term infrastructure needed to serve nonprofit professionals across career stages.

How Partnership Works

Built through conversation.

We do not start with a one-size-fits-all package. We start by understanding what you care about, what you hope to make possible, and where that aligns with the work already underway. From there, we identify the right partnership structure, expectations, visibility, and next steps.
